- One voxer ponders the increasing evil in the world…
- If you haven’t heard already Buffet’s giving away his billions
- Guy Kawasaki’s keynote speech on the Art of the the Start
- Download google and youtube videos with this
- inbreaking - Social bookmarking for the emerging church… do we really need a seperate service for this?
- Some sad statistics on Pastors
- PastorHacks - Productivity tips particularly for those in ministry
- 20 reasons why you should plant a church
- Clips of Mark Driscoll and Tim Keller on the coming DesiringGod conference
- ELI - Emerging Leadership Initiative for church planters. I’m usually assessed as a prime candidate for church planting but didn’t fair as great on ELI’s. Supposedly I don’t have enough experience doing actual church planting. odd.
- The Evolution of Dance - both brilliant and hilarious
- Google Picasa Web Albums. I’ve mentioned this one before, but I hope enough people get on this that they really invest in creating more features. Here’s my current album.
- And finally. Tabblo. I thought this was kind of neat, as it gives you slick templates for storytelling through pictures. Below’s an example of one of mine

Have you seen ourstory.com? Their site lets you create a timeline of your life, and then print it out in a nice bound book format. It’s a pretty cool site.

Lon,
Thanks for linking to inbreaking. I can appreciate your outloud wondering, but I really felt, and still do, that inbreaking could be a valuable resource for the emerging/missional church community. For many, social bookmarking brings del.icio.us to mind, and if that is all it was, we wouldn’t need the site. Inbreaking is patterned after the hugely popular digg.com and allows voting and commenting on stories, so that only the most popular are published. Digg clones geared to specific topics are popping up everywhere as others see the value that this type of site brings. I’m not sure a better term than social bookmarking has emerged for digg style sites, but I’m open to using another term if anyone can help better define it.

Hey John, thanks for dropping by. I didn’t mean to knock it inbreaking in anyway, I just clued into digg recently, I think it’s more along the lines of social content/news. I’ll give inbreaking a further test run and see how it goes. Thanks for the tip

Hey Lon,

Any travel plans yet for your trip out West? I’ve pretty much finalized my Mosaic schedule for the next couple months. I hope it works out that i’m there when you are. If not we can perhaps still hook up for coffee?
