		<description>I think that being given permission to fail is a key to success. So here's to failure...along the road to success! Actually, I don't even like the word success. I think "fruitful" is a more helpful word (and more biblical). We're not called to be successful; we're called to bear fruit. Kingdom fruit. And that doesn't necessarily look much like lots of what we deem "success" to look like.</description>
